#### SpinUp offers SUP Token Allocation to Drops Holders: <a href="#id-308c" id="id-308c"></a>

* **43.5% of the initial SUP token supply** is reserved for SpinUp Drops holders, split into:
  * **30% SUP Airdrop** — Distributed directly to eligible users
  * **13.5% SUP Private Sale Access** — Offered at a **$3M** fully diluted valuation (FDV)
